New Study Gives Heart Attack to Meat Eaters

Compared with meat eaters, fish eaters have a lower risk of several adverse heart diseases, including stroke. These findings, which were part of new research looking at the diets and risk of developing or dying from heart diseases of more than 420,000 people in the UK, also concluded that vegetarianism was associated with a lower risk of developing heart disease.

Covid-19 Patients with Sleep Apnoea could be at Risk

The University of Warwick has revealed in its new study that people diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnoea maybe at an increased risk of adverse outcomes from Covid-19. Researchers have also cautioned people with the sleep condition to follow the neccesary precautions in the background of the pandemic in order to keep themselves safe.
