This is where the EBI 300 and EBI 310-series PDF data loggers from ebro come in: they monitor temperature and relative humidity across the entire transport and storage cycle, log limit violations automatically and generate a final report that leaves no room for interpretation.

After the measurement, connect the logger to a PC via USB - the report is generated automatically as a PDF file. No special evaluation software is required; the report opens immediately in any standard PDF reader. The raw data is saved as a separate file for archiving, audit trails or email forwarding.

The EBI 300 is the logger for classic cold-chain monitoring: reliable temperature recording with high accuracy, variants for temperature and humidity, optional external sensors for parallel room and core temperature measurement. The variants are DIN EN 12830-compliant and ideal for use within the HACCP system.

The EBI 310 offers everything the EBI 300 does - and more. It is designed for applications that demand the highest precision and extended alarm functions: measuring ranges from –200 °C to +250 °C depending on sensor type, optional six-stage alarm management, an alarm system with five limit ranges and adjustable MKT (Mean Kinetic Temperature). This makes the EBI 310 ideal for validation, cryogenic applications, medication monitoring or sterile processes.

Both series provide memory capacity of up to 120,000 measured values and, depending on the model, IP 65 protection for harsh environments. After readout, the logger can be reprogrammed and reused - ready for the next deployment. The data remains traceable, standards-compliant and audit-ready.
