Many Changes in Marine Ecosystems Go Undetected

Existing ways of calculating biodiversity dynamics are not very effective in detecting wholesale species community change due to the effects of ocean acidification. University of Adelaide research shows that in cases where biodiversity metrics show no change or little change, there may still be reorganisation of ecological communities in our oceans.

Unbalanced Genes Leads to Aging

Researchers at the Northwestern University have revealed in a new study that the length of genes leads to most of the molecular-level changes that occur during aging. With the help of this study, it could become possible to slow or even reverse aging.
